How does verification work?
After creating your account, you submit a photo of your valid aviation work ID (airline badge, FAA certificate, etc.). Our team reviews and verifies your credentials, typically within 24-48 hours. Only verified members can access the full app experience.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, and we never sell your personal information to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
What are the subscription tiers?
Skybond offers four tiers: Main Cabin (free with basic features), Premium Economy (enhanced discovery and filters), Business Class (unlimited likes, Sky Bonds, and priority support), and First Class (all features plus profile boost and read receipts).
How do I report a user?
You can report any user directly from their profile by tapping the three-dot menu and selecting 'Report.' Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly and takes appropriate action to maintain community safety.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app. This permanently removes all your data, including messages, matches, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.
